I was wondering why I even bothered with the Vibrams? Now that I am running totally barefoot all time I think I was just scared.
I live a long way from town so night running out here is really dark, there is something primal and very liberating about running totally bare foot through the pitch black. I will never run another step in shoes. NEVER
Screw the shoes, run free.
I love my night runs too, Cozzie. I've been running at midnight lately, and there's something animalistic about it; being all alone out there, I could probably strip down naked and get away with it....NOT!
