Hi Ramvez,
We met (sort of) at the Barefoot Kenbob workshop in Delaware. I live in salisbury so I thought I'd say "hey". I haven't been at this for long, and I'm taking it really slow. I was having calf troubles until I went to the workshop. Now the calf is fine, but I'm still working on form to get rid of the blisters.
Anyway just wanted to stop in and say "hi" from Delmarva.
