IBRD - Memphis?
Hey folks, anyone in the Memphis area planning anything for IBRD on Sunday, 6 May? Unfortunately I doubt I will have time to organize anything myself, and likely won't have the money to travel anywhere. But I would love to attend something local.

I hope everyone had a great time with family and friends over Christmas and New Years. It was definitely a needed break for me. I just wanted to check in with everyone and maybe give a little encouragement to keep up with your running.

Ran a 5K at Mt Juliet High school Saturday. 25:18 woohoo. The guy that took 2nd was barefoot at 19:15ish. We traded info. I will try to reel him into our flock

Just found out the Tough Mudder is coming to Nashville. They haven't posted a date yet so I haven't signed up but, oh yes, I will be there. 
Warner park
I'm going to run at Warner park this weekend. Rain is coming some time so I haven't decided on saturday or Sunday yet. All are welcome to join me.
group runs for September?
time to start scheduling!
I'm planning to do Natchez Trace some this month just to switch it up. I know that's far out for most of you. Will post as soon as I figure out what soccer's going to do to Saturday mornings.
Any other ideas?

Would love to go for a run with you guys on August 27 or 28th. I live in Murfreesboro, and my schedule is pretty full most weekends. But, I think I can manage some free time for a run.
The greenway (Cason Trailhead is where I usually start) is awesome and barefoot friendly, but Barfield park has about 5 miles of trail that is mostly barefoot friendly.

Group runs -- ideas?
We would love to start scheduling consistent group runs -- it's a great way to meet friends, learn from each other, and enjoy running! I'm always hunting new fun places to run. Trails are my favorite, but I run on pavement much of the time. Anywhere in the Nashville area is open, including Murfreesboro.
Also, if you are planning to run any upcoming races in Tennessee, please let us know! We may see you there!

Hello everyone!
My name is Austin and I just wanted to introduce myself to everyone. I ran cross country in high school and just recently started running barefoot. Also, I was wondering if there were more races posted during the spring/summer because it does not look like much is going on this winter.
